A note on PSA and CA-125. These markers can rise for many harmless reasons, like an enlarged prostate, infection, periods or cysts. A raised result doesn't mean cancer, and a normal one doesn't rule everything out.
So treat them as a starting point for a talk with your doctor, not a diagnosis.
Why the ultrasound and echo matter
Blood tests tell you about chemistry. Scans show you structure.
An abdomen ultrasound can pick up fatty liver, gallstones, kidney stones and cysts, often years before they cause trouble. A 2D echo shows how strongly your heart pumps and whether the valves work properly.
Bought separately, an echo and an abdomen ultrasound usually cost more than the difference between this package and the Master. So for most people over 40, this is the better deal.

How to prepare
- Fast for 10 to 12 hours. Plain water is fine.
- Come in the morning. Fasting results are more reliable, and you finish sooner.
- Keep taking your usual medicines unless your doctor says otherwise. Diabetes medicines are the exception. Ask your doctor about the morning dose, because taking it without food can drop your sugar.
- Wear a loose top. The ECG needs access to your chest, and the X-ray room will ask you to remove metal.
- Bring any old reports. Results compared over time tell you far more than one test alone.
- If you are or might be pregnant, tell us before the X-ray.
What happens on the day
You give blood and urine samples first. After that you can eat a light snack.
Then come the ECG and chest X-ray, followed by the ultrasound and the echo. Both are painless. We use a little gel and a probe on your skin. Plan for about two to three hours in all.
Your report
Reports usually reach you within 24 to 48 hours on WhatsApp or email, and you can collect a printed copy. Take them to your family doctor, who can explain what each result means for you.
Timings and location
HAQ Diagnostics is open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to 5 PM. For a fasting checkup, mornings work best.
