A note on PSA and CA-125. These markers can rise for many harmless reasons, like an enlarged prostate, infection, periods or cysts. A raised result doesn't mean cancer, and a normal one doesn't rule everything out.
So treat them as a starting point for a talk with your doctor, not a diagnosis.

How to prepare

- Wear a loose top. The ECG needs access to your chest, and the X-ray room will ask you to remove metal.
- Bring any old reports. Results compared over time tell you far more than one test alone.
- If you are or might be pregnant, tell us before the X-ray.
What happens on the day
Blood and urine samples come first. Then you can have a light snack.
After that you'll have the ECG, chest X-ray, abdomen ultrasound and echo. All are painless. Plan for about two to three hours in all.

Reports usually reach you within 24 to 48 hours on WhatsApp or email, and you can collect a printed copy. Take them to your family doctor to go through the results.
