HAQ Diagnostics is a diagnostic lab and imaging clinic in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, near Azizia Masjid. Blood tests, ECG, X-ray, ultrasound and echo are all done in the same building, under the supervision of Dr. Syed Wesam ul Haq, MD Radiologist.
We offer three health checkup packages. Each one includes blood tests, a urine test, an ECG and a chest X-ray, so you're not just getting numbers on a page. The bigger packages add vitamins, an ultrasound and a heart echo.

Which package should you choose?
- Master (₹1,999): a good first checkup, or a yearly check if you're under 40 and feel well.
- Executive (₹3,999): our pick for most adults over 40. The ultrasound and echo look at your liver, kidneys and heart, not just your blood.
- Premium (₹6,999): our most complete package, for adults over 50 or anyone with several conditions in the family.
Our honest view? If you can manage it, the Executive package is the best value. An echo and an abdomen ultrasound on their own usually cost more than the difference.
How to prepare
- Fast for 10 to 12 hours. Plain water is fine.
- Come in the morning. Fasting results are more reliable, and you finish sooner.
- Keep taking your usual medicines unless your doctor says otherwise. Diabetes medicines are the exception. Ask your doctor about the morning dose, because taking it without food can drop your sugar.
- Wear a loose top. The ECG needs access to your chest, and the X-ray room will ask you to remove metal.
- Bring any old reports. Results compared over time tell you far more than one test alone.
- If you are or might be pregnant, tell us before the X-ray.
What happens on the day
You register, then give blood and urine samples. After that you can eat, so bring a snack.
Next come the ECG and chest X-ray, and for Executive and Premium, the ultrasound and echo. Plan for about 1 to 2 hours for Master and 2 to 3 hours for the bigger packages.
Your report
Reports usually reach you within 24 to 48 hours on WhatsApp or email, and you can collect a printed copy. Please take them to your family doctor. A report only helps when someone reads it with you.
Timings and location
HAQ Diagnostics is open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to 5 PM. For a fasting checkup, mornings work best.
