What We Collect
When you enquire or book, we collect your name, mobile number, the service you need and, if you choose, a copy of your prescription. At the centre we also collect the details needed to perform and report your test.
How We Use It
- To call you back and schedule your test
- To perform the test and prepare your report
- To send your report by WhatsApp, email or in print
- To meet legal requirements, such as PC-PNDT records for pregnancy scans
Who We Share It With
Only with you, your referring doctor, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your data.
How We Protect It
Website enquiries are sent over HTTPS to a single protected inbox. Reports and images are stored with restricted access at the centre.
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to medical record-keeping laws. Email info@haqdiagnostics.com.
